Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via two-day delivery. Although Bard is not responsible for shipping damage to the product, Bard will extend assistance to settle claims with the carrier for product damaged in transit. All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and any shipping damage reported to the carrier. Proof of deliveries can be obtained up to 90 days from date of shipment.
Scheduled Shipments
To help maximize the efficiency of your ordering process and inventory control, we offer scheduled shipments. The advantages include: regular delivery schedule - favorable pricing - one purchase order per year - price protection. Call Customer Service for information.
Limited Product Warranty
Unless a product is covered by a separate warranty or a separate warranty is enclosed with the product, the following Limited Product Warranty will apply to the product:
The product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the product proves to be defective, purchaser may return same to Bard Electrophysiology for repair or replacement, at Bard Electrophysiology's option. The liability of Bard Electrophysiology under the limited warranty does not extend to any abuse or misuse of the product.
The limited product warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Because the storage and use of any product are factors beyond the control of Bard Electrophysiology and may directly affect it and the results obtained from it, the liability and remedy stated in this limited warranty will be the sole liability of Bard Electrophysiology and remedy available to purchaser for a product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and Bard Electrophysiology will not be liable to purchaser for incidental and consequential damages arising from its use.

Return Goods Policy
To obtain Return Authorizations for the return of unused, saleable merchandise, other than a performance claim, contact Customer Service at (800) 824-8724.

Your customer account will be credited for acceptable returned products subject to a restocking fee of 30%, minimum of $10. Merchandise processed in error by Bard Electrophysiology will be credited 100 percent.
