Sophisticated Mapping and Analysis From a Whole new Point of View

Analysis Tools
  • LAT – The local activation map gives you relative timing differences in MS between a mapping and reference channel. It helps to identify the earliest point of activation in a given electrical sequence.
  • Voltage – A voltage map provides electrogram amplitude comparison in MV between different positions to determine the level of electrical activity from that region. This is helpful for identifying residual electrical activity or for identifying scar regions in ischemic cases.
  • AF Cycle Length – this tool on the LabSystem™ PRO provides automatic beat-by-beat cycle lengths for a given channel and averages the cycle over a desired window. This is helpful for monitoring cycle length changes throughout the case. In addition, each cycle length can also be entered into ElectroView™ to create a 3D Cycle Length Map. From the AFCL toolbar, you can enable the AFCL function, calculate AFCL on the screen or for one minute, or select which channels you would like to include in the calculation. You can also manually insert and edit a marker by hovering over a desired location and pressing the "Insert" button.
  • Dominant Frequency (DF) – FFT/CWT – using the Electrogram Analyzer capability, you can obtain dominant frequencies, organization index (OI), and regularity index (RI) values using a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). In the ElectroView Data Table, if you right click on a given point and select Display Signal, the Electrogram Analyzer will pop up. From this analysis window, you can adjust your desired DF for inclusion into the data set, then select Get DF from FFT for automatic input into the data table. Other values such as OI and RI can be manually entered in the custom column in the data table.
  • Organization Index – OI is calculated in the Electrogram Analyzer (shown in Blue) but is not adjustable. Note, this value will only be accurate if you select the default DF.
